1) Applications are evaluated according to the procedures specified in this guideline. The University is free to fill the announced quotas or not. Meeting the application requirements does not require admission to the department and/or program.
2) Applications of applicants are evaluated by the International Student Admission Registration Committee.
3) Placement procedures for those whose applications are deemed valid are carried out by the relevant administrative boards within the scope of the announced quota.
4) International student placement procedures are carried out in accordance with Table-1;
1- TR-YÖS exam,
2- International country entrance exams,
3- High school graduation exam score and secondary school grade point average (diploma score), taking into account their ranking.
5) The number of candidates from the same country who are accepted to the relevant Unit and who have gained the right to register cannot exceed 30% of the total international student quota of the programs affiliated to the relevant Unit. If the quota is not filled, this condition is not required.
6) In case of equality in placement scores, the order of preference is first considered, if there is no tie, the High School Success Score is considered, if there is a tie again, the younger candidate is preferred and the placement process is carried out.
7) In addition to the general conditions stated above, candidates who apply to departments accepting students with special talent exams must be successful in the Special Talent Exam to be held by our University, and the evaluation of applications is carried out according to the criteria in the special talent exam application registration and admission directive of the relevant unit.
8) Applications to the programs of the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy will not be accepted with country exams (except for the exams specified in Table-2), high school graduation exam score and secondary school grade point average (diploma score).
9) The scores of candidates with different application score types are converted to a hundred (100) point system and evaluated.
10) Applications of candidates who apply to be an associate or undergraduate student by documenting that they are a scholarship recipient from the Republic of Turkey or their own state or based on bilateral agreements to which Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University is a party are evaluated within the scope of the provisions of this directive.
