Documents Required for Registration

Registrations will be made in person with the date specified in the calendar and determined by the International Students Office. There is no registration with attorney letter. For those under 18 years of age, a consent letter is required to register.
a) The official high school diploma or document of graduation and its translated version in Turkish approved by notary or Turkish External Representatives,
b) The official high school diploma, the official document of equivalency obtained from Director of National Education as branches of Turkish Ministry of Education or Turkish External Representatives,
c) Official transcript indicating the courses the candidate took during high school as well as marks and general mark average approved by the head of the high school and its translated version in Turkish approved by notary or Turkish external representatives,
ç) 1) In case the original documents are not received from the College Board until the registration, the applicants who have applied and settled with the SAT Result will be asked to confirm their result with usernames and passwords on the official website of SAT College Board during the registration. The registration rights of the candidates who fail to do so will be canceled.
2) Candidates who apply and settle with ACT Result will be asked to confirm their exam results with their usernames and passwords on the official website of ACT during registration. The registration rights of the candidates who fail to do so will be canceled.
3) Candidates who apply and settle with YÖS result will be checked from the university's verification page. Those who do not have a validation page on the registration date will not be registered.
4) Candidates who apply and settle with the WAEC Result must have their WAEC exam entry card at the time of registration, and those who do not have their registration will not be registered.
d) Students from abroad have to prove their Turkish proficiency levels with Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Karaelmas TÖMER Certificate of Achievement, Turkish Proficiency Certificate from Yunus Emre Institute or TÖMER Certificate of Achievement from Other Universities. Those who cannot submit the diploma or language document in question are given a period of one year, and those who cannot prove their Turkish proficiency at the end of this period are given an additional year, and if the student's Turkish is insufficient, their registration is deleted.
e) The translated copy of the pages of the passport with student visa indicating identity information and validity approved by notary or Turkish External Representatives,
f) Copy of international document of foreign language proficiency and Turkish language proficiency approved by notary or Turkish External Representatives if present,
g) Residence Permit (Must be handed to the departmental student office within 1 month after registration),
ğ) Six (6) photographs with dimensions of 4,5×6,0 cm (taken within the last six months, from the front, can identify the candidate easily),
h) Receipt from the bank indicating that the tuition fee has been paid, (Students who will be accepted from abroad will receive the tuition fee determined by the University Executive Board, taking into account the minimum and maximum amounts of the tuition fee determined by the President's Decision every year.).
ı) Signed declaration of assurance of sustenance,

The processes of candidates who submit fake, forged, incomplete or false documents during application, placement and registration are cancelled even if their registration have been completed and they are expelled from the University.
