a) Image Verification Number,
b) Date of Birth
c) Residence Permit Number (Residence Permit Number, is a number like 1-112233 on the first page of the document.) and then click on the query button.

After the query you will be given a 11 digit number starting generally with 99.Save this number. Deliver it to your responsible consultant from your department on the student affairs. Sometimes this query has no result. In case you should learn your Foreigner Identification Number by yourself by applying to Police Department. Let your consultant know your number after the process.
