Students whose parents are working are under the health security of their families and these students can get any health service free of charge. They are insured against all accidents related or non-related with education. All the health expenditure of foreign students benefiting from Governmental financial support is covered but the Health, Culture and Sports unit of our university. It is recommended that international students and visitors should have a valid health insurance issued in their countries before coming to Turkey.

All international students studying in Turkey can have a general health insurance if they submit their demand to city social security head office / social security center with a petition within 3 months after having been registered to the university they study. Students who do not submit their demand to have a general health insurance with a petition to Social Security Institution within 3 months after registration can not have general health insurance during their education.
