Registrations will be made on the date specified in the calendar and by the method determined by the International Student Coordinatorship (in person/online). Registration is not done by proxy. Those under the age of 18 must have a Consent Form given by their parents in order to register.
Documents Required for Registration;
a) Original high school diploma or temporary graduation certificate and its Turkish translation approved by a notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives.
b) Original high school diploma, original Equivalence Certificate obtained from the Provincial Directorates of National Education of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Education or Turkish Foreign Representatives.c) Original official transcript showing the courses taken by the candidate in high school, grades and general grade point average approved by the high school principal and its Turkish translation approved by a notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives.
ç) Original SAT I, ACT, IB, ABİTUR, TR-YÖS exam results must be submitted. Regarding the candidates who apply with these documents;
1) If the candidates who applied with SAT I Result and were placed do not receive their original documents from College Board until the registration, they will be asked to confirm their exam results with their usernames and passwords on SAT College Board official website during registration. The registration rights of the candidates who cannot provide this will be canceled.
2) The candidates who applied with ACT Result and were placed will be asked to confirm their exam results with their usernames and passwords on ACT official website during registration. The registration rights of the candidates who cannot provide this will be canceled.
3) The candidates who applied with IB Result and were placed will be asked to confirm their exam results with their usernames and passwords on official website during registration. The registration rights of the candidates who cannot provide this will be canceled.
4) The candidates who applied with ABİTUR Result and were placed will be asked to confirm their exam results with their usernames and passwords on official website during registration. The registration rights of the candidates who cannot provide this will be canceled.
5) For candidates who applied with TR-YÖS Result and were placed, verification will be made with Result Document Control Code from the verification address specified in TR-YÖS exam result document. Candidates who cannot be verified will not be registered.
d) A copy of the pages of the Student Visa Passport showing the identity information and validity period and its Turkish translation approved by notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives.
e) If any, a copy of the internationally valid Foreign Language Certificate and Turkish Proficiency Certificate approved by notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives.f) Residence Permit (Must be submitted to the relevant unit student office within one month from the registration date).
g) Four (4) 4.5x6.0 cm photographs (must be taken from the front within the last six months, in a way that the candidate can be easily recognized).
ğ) Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been deposited into the relevant bank (A tuition fee determined by the University Board of Directors is collected from students who will be accepted from abroad, taking into account the minimum and maximum amounts of the tuition fee determined by the Presidential Decree each year.).
h) Signed Declaration of Income Security (Written declarations are received from students who are accepted from abroad and have the right to enroll in the University, indicating that they have the financial capacity to cover their expenses during their education in our country.).
ı) Document indicating that the General Health Insurance (GSS) has been made by the Social Security Institution Presidency. (Must be submitted within the registration date.)
Those who submit falsified, fake, incomplete and incorrect documents during the application, placement and registration process, and those whose submissions are later understood, will have their transactions canceled, even if their final registrations have been made, and their relationship with the University will be terminated by the decision of the relevant Board of Directors.
Students who register online and do not submit the originals of the required documents for registration within the given period will be terminated by the decision of the relevant Board of Directors.
