Registration Procedures

2022-2023 Academic Year International student registrations will be made online between 25 - 29 July 2022 through the system you have applied for.

 
Special Talent Exam

Candidates who are entitled to take the Special Talent Exam (STATE CONSERVATORY, FACULTY OF FINE ARTS, SCHOOL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS) will take the exam at the place and time specified on the website of our University, and successful candidates will be entitled to register. Examination date will be announced at http://isoen.beun.edu.tr
 
Contribution / Tuition Fees

You can deposit tuition fees and contributions from Vakıf Bank ATMs or Vakıf Bank Mobile Banking services between 25 - 29 July 2022. Contribution / Tuition fees are for the 2021-2022 academic year, and the amounts will be updated when the 2022-2023 academic year fees are determined in accordance with the Presidential Decision.

Registration Document Delivery

You must submit your registration documents to your department student affairs by mail, cargo or in person until 26 August 2022.
 
 Documents Required for Registration

In online registrations, the information provided is considered correct, but registration procedures of those who are found to have given misleading and false information during the evaluation and final registration or at a later date will be cancelled.

  • The official high school diploma or document of graduation and its translated version in Turkish approved by notary or Turkish External Representatives,
  • The official high school diploma, the official document of equivalency obtained from Director of National Education as branches of Turkish Ministry of Education or Turkish External Representatives,
  • Official transcript indicating the courses the candidate took during high school as well as marks and general mark average approved by the head of the high school and its translated version in Turkish approved by notary or Turkish external representatives,
  • Approved copy of the exam result by Turkish External Representatives or notary,
  • The translated copy of the pages of the passport with student visa indicating identity information and validity approved by notary or Turkish External Representatives,
  • Copy of international document of foreign language proficiency and Turkish language proficiency approved by notary or Turkish External Representatives if present,
  • Residence certificate (Must be handed to the departmental student Office within 6 months after registration),
  • Eight photographs with dimensions of 4,5x6,0 cm (taken within the last six months, from the front, can identify the candidate easily),
  • Receipt from the bank indicating that the tuition fee has been paid,
  • Signed declaration of assurance of sustenance.
